Cobham Nature Reserve
A lovely place to go for a hike. Trails are in good condition. Just very sad that the dirt road to get there is in such a bad way - lots of dongas, ditches and potholes. Would never go there in a car with little clearance. It’s R45 pp, which is reasonable. Would go back when I’m next in the area. Views on the hike are very beautiful

Stunning scenery and a few hikes ranging in difficulty. The staff at the reception are very friendly and the ablutions at the reception area are in the good condition however the same cannot be said about the rest of the facilities. The day visitors area is a mess with long grass and dilapidated facilities. The trails are not well marked and are badly overgrown in areas, the place on the whole seems somewhat forgotten.

They don't answer their phone. The number I got from the KZN wildlife organisation goes through to a very rude unhelpful person who has no interest in taking my booking or helping me. So sad because I'd love to book and support our local tourism sector, but this reserve isn't interested.

Cobham Nature Reserve
We visited the reserve for a day. Fantastic hiking trails through the mountains and breathtaking scenery. Lots of spots to stop for a swim. The campsite looked decent and the gentleman at reception was very welcoming and helpful. An enjoyable day's hike.

Cobham Nature Reserve
Just completed a 12 km hike at Cobham, and was great, facilities are dated, but at R40 per person, what more do you expect. Would recommend to anyone looking to hike in the area. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Nice hidden gem, perfect for a weekend away with friends or a mid week getaway to unwind. The facilities are clean and maintained everyday. The campsites are is big enough. They also have caves for mountains enthusiast, The staff at the reception very friendly and helpful for overnight or day visitors.

The gravel road leading there isn't very good, but once you get there there are numerous trails to choose from. 40 Rand admission for the day.

Stunning place ,got there in windy season so campsite was a bit of a mission but all part of the adventure.lovely hikes especially the marble baths♥️
