Got to this builders on an early Saturday morning, it was quite and super clean. Its big and very well stocked, the staff were fresh and ready to help. They gave me a 10% discount on my purchase just for getting the loyalty card. They even have a bargain corner for furniture. The car guards were also friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended

Staff unwilling to help with simple things. We got sent from one person, to the next, to the next, to the next - TWICE, in different departments in store. First time was such a hassle, never got a price. Second time we eventually got to someone who was 50% helpful, but in the end still couldn't assist with what we needed. Left without buying anything and will definitely go somewhere else next time

Ive had better service at home affairs #justsaying it's as if the staff are jus dragged off the street and given a uniform. They are completely clueless about the most basic things. The staff huddle in lil groups just talking to each other ignoring customers. Overall my experience here has been terrible I strongly recommend going anywhere else.

This is one of the best Builders Warehouses you can find. It is huge and has everything you might need for your DIY project or renovations at home. They even have a fantastic selection of plants! Better than some nurseries.

Just experienced the most disgusting service from this Builders Warehouse, I come here frequently for everyday items and appliances. My debit card got pick pocketed in the store and when I went to security to try and view the cameras they refused me entry to see the tapes, also got jolted around the store by employees of where to go. Didn’t seem to have a care in the world that a customer was in such distress. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life across various brands and businesses I shop at. I will never return to this Builders Warehouse for as long as I live. I suggest you do the same, you will only know the extent to how atrocious the service is when something like this happens to you at this outlet. Absolutely disgusting !

Its in a weird position which can make it difficult to find the entrance. It is large and they have good specials. There's a guy who likes to make long announcements on the PA about various specials which makes you want to run away as its so loud and unnecessary. They have a good variety of goods like most builders warehouses

Great customer service but it's so hard to find customer assistance inside the store. You literally have to hunt someone down to get help. But overall it was not do bad once you get help and make a purchase.

Went to buy a back up battery and the guy helping didn't know much about the product and he kept on running off. He then helps another customer while I'm still waiting to k ow if the product is compatible with my inverter
