Probably the best ribs in cape town. Surprisingly. Everywhere else seems to boil them.Okay... There are better ribs in the world having had from The Butcher Shop And Grill. But they're not bad.

I never have a problem here and I’ve come a few times but they need to remove the guy called Fuma from being a cashier. Very impatient and short. Customer service is not that difficult.

Rude staff, Manager not available, stand in a Q only to arrive at the till and to get told they have already shut down the ice cream machine. I will do my best not to step into this badly run business.

Ordered (and paid) for a Rave Burger to eat when I got home, and received just a patty on my roll with absolutely no garnish. I was already at home in Muizenberg when I opened the box - so didn’t go back to let them know how they’d stuffed up the order. Really disappointing

I am soooo disappointed because I really liked this steers. BUT, I went to buy a king steers burger and ribs on friday, only to get a full on allergic reaction. My entire body was full of hives, itchy and burning. My face was swollen my eyes and month. I had to go to hospital! I'm sorry, but if they used old ingredients in their food and served them to me, I wont be putting my life in danger again! I've never had such a reaction to food.... ever!

I ordered 2 burgers with extra barbecue sauce and extra seasoning salt the delivery arrived with none no napkins either they are obviously not paying attention to detail next time I will have phone obviously someone can’t read and nobody checked the bag to be delivered

Food delivered was stone cold. We had to get the oven on and reheat everything. When I rang to complain, they first said I should have got them to pick it up and then re-deliver! (This after waiting over an hour for the food already.) They promised to ring me back to discuss, and yet it's been two weeks of silence... Poor.

Your Steers has always been very good, tonight was the first time , my chips were over cooked and not nice. My burger was cold ...and I only live 2km away. So disappointing.
