Best home and electricals krugersdorp store has really disappointed me.They made a mistake which they want me to suffer for it. I opened a second account with them and after doing a debit agreement, a message came through saying that they will start to debit end of this month(February) and then after a couple of days or a week or more they called to tell me that they made a mistake, instead of waiting for the February debit, I must come to the store and pay. So what about the financial plans I already had. Now they are threatening me that they will come take the goods I took, even though I am not the one at fault here and instead of owning up to their mistake, they bully me.
