I switch on my TV and very often I get a message stating that the signal is not available either because the connection is faulty or the weather is not good. My TV connection is perfect. I had it checked up. The weather yesterday was good. I am wondering what was the problem. This happened when I wanted to watch the premier league match between MU and Brentford. I am disgusted. And mind it this is not the first time it is happening. I only watch sports. I have decided to discontinue with my DSTV connection.

Quick and courteous service. Thank you. Been with Multichoice many years and service has improved so much that my last physical visit was after 3 years because all maters are sorted virtually, telephone, self service and digital platform.

Poor service, the only queue that moves is for payments (no surprises). If you have a technical issue you will queue for hours only to be served by someone who has no idea what you're talking about, they're mostly chatting on their cellphones. Guys upstairs (technicians) are great though. I wish there was a zero star rating!

Great Service.They have great service but sometimes some officers fail to give you enough information. I was compelled to buy another decoder due to lack of clear information.Nevertheless, there has been improvement in pricing and channels

I subscribed on 27 September But accidentally used wrong smart card number as reference which didn't exist. On the 9 October went to the bank to get proof of payment, was told finance people are working from home they will verify the payment, its 10 October still nothing. I don't get the logic of working from home when one cannot be assisted, this is soooo saaaaaad. Customer service lady was super helpful

Had to go there more than once because the queue was very long and moving very slowly. On the day I decided to wait until I get help, I had to wait just under 3hours to get service... was not impressed at all. As for the lady who assisted me, forgot her name but shame she was very helpful, very kind and did all she can to help solve my problem. Continued to suggest possible options and patiently explained everything even advise on best place to repair my decoder. Her sevice was exceptional though. As for having to wait so long to only find out that I can't be assisted there but rather go to a certified repairer, after waiting almost 3 hours, I'm not impressed at all.
