Allen Joss Ford

This is my 3rd car from Allen Joss in as many years. The level service at Allen Joss I beleive you won't get at any other dealer.

I wouldn’t service my car here if I were you. I was charged more than R1000 for labour just to change filters and oil. On top of this, I dropped my car off with a nearly full tank of petrol, and got it back with half a tank. I expect that there would be some petrol usage but this feels extreme. Finally, I also had to get a jumpstart after my service since they seemed to have drained my battery. Severely unhappy.

Excellent dealership, I have not had a single fault or problem upon receiving any of my vehicles back from a service or minor repairs, as well as always received the vehicles in a great and clean condition, and most importantly a 100% working condition. I have also been taking my vehicles to Allen Joss Ford since 2015.My vehicle has been there on the 22nd of February 2023 for a faulty lock mechanism on the passenger side. Despite my vehicle being out of warranty and maintenance, Ford replaced the lock with absolutely no charge due to a campaign they were running on those exact locks, My vehicle was received back on the 23rd of February 2023 and I was constantly updated on the whole process. Absolutely brilliant!Staff has always been friendly and the service advisors and myself always had great open communication.I have however never bought a new or used vehicle from Allen Joss Ford and therefore cannot leave a review about going through a whole purchase process.

Worst experience! If I could give minus 10 stars I would. I'm not lying I went to collect my car this morning and everyone was smoking. This was at 8:40 they told me I must wait to be assisted because they are not done smoking yet. Unbelievable and this was just the experience at the end of my service. I had to physically go to Ford three times to actually get a quote for the service. The third time I had to ask her to just mail the quotation because I can't keep coming back. The staff is so disrespectful and unhelpful. I received a quote for a service, booked my bakkie in for a service and asked them to check a few things and send me a quotation on the faults they find during the service. They called me back at 12 so confused they wanted to send me a new quote for a service when my bakkie was already booked in for a service. The time I had to collect my bakkie also changed a few times first it was the next day then it was you can back same day before 3pm and then it changed to the next day 9am. This was a major problem for me as I did state its a business bakkie and I need it back asap that's why I took it in at 7am. It really seams that the staff is disoriented and unaware of what is going on in their own service department. Really upsetting and horrible experience for a first time Ford owner, I never get this experience from Toyota. I won't be returning.

I was extremely impressed with the level of service received. The sales process, as well as the after-sales support provided by Sibusiso, was exceptional. His attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is truly outstanding.

Unfriendly, unqualified service department. Had a warrantee claim, refused to assist, no communication, I was so schocked at the lack of profesionlism, and had just been told off, that nothing will be covered by my extended warrantee. I sold my Ford, already happy with my new car. Very bad experience. Wont refer anyone!

They LOVE to make money...do you yourself a favour and go read Allen Joss Auto's reviews on Hellopeter. They quoted me one rediculous price for a normal annual service and cambelt for my Fiesta. And the best Ford branch quoted me literally the half of what Ford Allen Joss did.1. Don't trust Ford Allen Joss's quotes/prices!!2. When you compare it with other branches, Allen Joss's quotes will sound like daylight robbery.!!

Took my vehicle in for a service here for the very first time and I must say I am impressed. I wasn't the first costumer in line and they only took 2 hours to complete my vehicle's service where other franchises would normally take the whole day to service my vehicle and they even tightened my handbrake without me having to notify them about it. The only down side I found was that although they cleaned my whole vehicle some small places weren't clean properly but it was minor so I give them a 4 star rating. Costumer service is excellent and they always greet you with a smile, they provide you with that warm welcome feeling.
