Kodak Express Kolonnade

You won’t be seeing me again. I specifically made sure my photo is the correct size and colour on photoshop. The lady at Kodak who helped us didn’t bother to ask/show us if we are happy before or after she printed the photo. I really hate the fact that they took a perfect photo I fixed on photoshop and used their own software to overexpose and gave us a washed out photo. Please go back to college.

Very dissapointed. I paid a fortune to have photos printed only for it to come out very white and faded.I bought a pack of three frames. When I opened it - one was broken and the other was chipped. The one in the front was in good condition so it was quite deceiving.

I love having canvas prints made here. The staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. I have had a canvas print made of parents' wedding photo for their anniversary, and this year, I had a canvas print made of my late father for a memory box that we made. We will definitely keep on supporting Kodak Express Kolonnade.

How hard is it to pick up a phone? Really?

Took a visa picture and was promised it would be sent via email in 20 minutes. An hour later, I’m still trying to reach the shop. Called at least 20 times and no one picking up. Pathetic service

I took passport photos and was told that i will receive an email within 20 minutes. I didn't get my photos until i called the next day and i was told that they need to crop it first, meaning that the lady didn't do anything. She just took my photos and kept them in the camera. Right now they are telling me that my email address is not going through i have to scream on the phone and spell the same email address that I wrote and left to them. The lady even said she doesn't want to deal with this issue anymore when I was about to end the call now it's my problem that they didn't provide their service to me. Kak business

Staff are clueless, have no manners and don’t understand basic computer skills. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME!Systems are outdated and can’t handle more than 5 MB files, this company died 10 years ago don’t go back.

Yesterday I went to Kodak kolonnade to get 15 pictures printed, I explained to the lady that I need 2 of them printed horizontally and 1 to be a different size than the rest. I spent 20 minutes waiting then she comes back with all of them in the same size and shape. She tells me the machine is being plugged so she can’t help me. She didn’t really seem as if she knew what she was doing and didn’t really care whether I get what I asked for. I told her I’m not happy with her service at all, then she tells me I’m lucky I only waited 20 minutes I was actually supposed to wait an hour and did I mention that I’m going through this while I have a 3 month old infant with me.
