Nissan and Mercedes Spares

This place is the only place I could get all my much needed spares. Travelling from Stanger to Mobeni to return wrong goods supplied was a complete deal breaker.Firstly, 7 day return policy is good but if you supply wrong goods (both being brand new) must be treated with care to guard against reputational damage to the establishment. Lastly, technology is there for a reason and one of the reasons it to simply mankind's life as opposed to asking for the original receipt to be presented in person to the outlet. Returning goods while travelling that far is as good as letting goods go as it is not worth it.

Good service and super friendly staff. The salesman have a great knowledge of parts and negotiate with prices to suit the customers budget where they can!

Thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided by the staff of Nisson World. They were very friendly and their prices were quite reasonable.

Very impressed by the Owner, what a gentlemen and a giving person with his time and expertise delegating promptly after listening and checking adequately and personally one's problem!I came when they were 5 minutes to close and about to break their 12 hours dry fast, can you imagine? They bent down when I cried I'm taking an early journey to Ulundi, wow.One Guy worked diligently stripping front grid and a headlight whilst 2 were overcome by fast and shame couldn't wait knocking off.Guess what? The Owner changed his mind on the spot about charging me when explaining a temp job was done, we have no idea how long it will hold as we need a new clip or connector for that indicator lamp. He didn't charge a cent but was prepared with a R100 in hand. He opted they'll help me when I come back. He override a ridiculous R250 one young guy who didn't see the core of the problem and that temp solution but only saw when stripped and headlamp taken in for testing with a new globe. Well done Champ Owner well done not for a free assistance but for the whole attitude and giving help when most needed!As if that was all, another Customer came rushing saying Van stuck somewhere on the road and guess what? They attended him! Oooh my my!
