3 Star on the Price, 5 star on the service. Always friendly service at this store makes up for the escalated pricing on the Dog food compared to its competitors in and around the area.

Love that the ladies in this store always have the time to listen and be shown pictures of my furbabies. Always get all my wild bird goodies here. No wild birds are fussy and only the peanuts I get here will do.

I went to the shop with the purpose to buy beds for my two rottweilers. The shop attendants were totally unaware of me ,ignored me and when I approached them they carried on with their social conversations.I had removed the beds I wanted , turned around and some lady was packing them away because they were encroaching by one metre of her shop front. I was actually intending to buy them and was going to pay for them .With her attitude and the lack of service from the staff , I will NEVER shop there again. R 1 000 sale lots ! Service counts

Staff are always helpful, service is wonderful, the store is really clean and I like the range of treats they offer! Still need to buy one of those Bee Hotels. Ek derul place!
