Fantastic service. Friendly staff.

I called them 3 weeks ago to ask them to give me a quotation for a once off cleanup of a plot that I was taking care of for a friend. The receptionist took my details and sent me an email saying that a company representative would contact me soon.To date I'm still waiting for that representative to contact me, for that matter the receptionist who took my call didn't give me a follow up call either.In fact another company contacted me on recommendation from another company that I'd called who told me that they weren't able to provide that service for me.Honestly, I wouldn't consider calling Hibiscus for any future work again. If anybody has to ask me, I would definitely recommend the other company I had used, what fantastic service I had experienced from the other company.As a footnote, I was the the Alberton dumps this past week and a Hibiscus vehicle pulled up next to mine, this reminded me to give their receptionist a call. I called to ask what happened to my quotation from 3 weeks earlier. The reply I got was oh! Didn't our representative contact you yet?" Goodbye."

Started off good but now pathetic. Quick to take your money but not to deliver.

Good service and the garden looks neat and tidy when they are done.Thank you for replacing my plant, I appreciate it.

You guys broke the window of my car, and Linda from your company was rude about it. Please note that I will be taking legal actions against your company for refusing to pay for my window which is completely your fault
