I'm disappointed with the service received where as it was my first time there. I came in on Friday for price enquiries and to find out if I can set an appointment or they only accept walk in clients. The receptionist confirmed that it is walk in clients accepted. I ensured I came in at 9 to be at least one of the 1st clients to be there. Which I was not, there were 4 ladies in front of me. However I can see that there were others who just arrived and are given more attention. When I ask why other ladies are coming in front of us she tells me that they are appointment based only. I told the reception I specifically came on Friday on how they work as I have never been there before. Why did she not tell me about an appointment that I would need to set up. Mind you I was not even sure who will be next because if the next booking for an appointment comes through I will need to wait! I cannot say how they nails, I walked out as I was annoyed after wasting my time for 2 hours waiting to be served.

I booked an appointment,.The lady that answered the phone could not hear me with all the shouting in the back-ground and the store was not even opened. She took the incorrect message down, I asked if she wanted my number , she could not hear me, the message relayed was that I requested an overlay. Instore, the lady that I was booked with insisted I asked for overlay, I had no idea this is a current promotion. She then decided to ask the lady that answered the phone, this went on for a few minutes. It became quite a big issue. with about 4 staff members all laughing and talking at the same time. Each one then argued as to which one is going to paint my toe nails.I went home totally humiliated, called the store for a contact number of the owner, he promised he would speak to his manager and revert.3 days later not a word from him.Disgusting and shocking service and customer interaction.

I wish I had checked the reviews before going there. The experience was horrible, the nail technician was rude and impatient. asked for nail art, she said she just doesn't know what to do and could not even be bothered to try. my nails look substandard. I am so disappointed. I was assisted by some swati speaking lady, dark in complexion. it even seemed as if she was gossiping about me to her colleague.

If you care about the way you present yourself, Exotic nails is the place to go for a perfect beauty therapy that will make you feel like a new person.

Very poor service , no etiquette at all . I went for a pedicure on a Tuesday ; when picking nail colour on their catalogue every colour I picked was unavailable they then suggested colours that I did not like and got frustrated and told me I have to befast" they are closing . Bare in mind they close at 18:00 and I made an appointment for 16:30

I booked for manicure and pedicure on phone, I was told its R390 total cost,to my surprise afterwards the total cost for my treatments was R640 in total, worst pedicure ever, horrible foot filing,the lady who did my acrylic set overcharged me, they don’t tell you any upgrades you will be shocked when paying afterwards ( she even complained that she was feeling tired, it was really annoying)Never will i visit that place again

I went in for a manicure and walked out of there with the most hideous looking nails. Not sure how the nail technician was trained or why they agreed to do a style that they clearly didn’t know how to do. Plus the nail technician was really rude and unprofessional. The experience of getting my nails done at that salon was really horrible. I was in pain the entire time the lady was doing my nails and even when she saw this, after I had expressed discomfort, she didn’t relent. It was my first and last time there.
