Centurion Swimming & Aqua Centre

Our instructor was the best, very patient with beginners. I had the best 2 weeks. Definitely learned a lot from him.I'd recommend you try this lessons, regardless of age. It's liberating.

Professional swimming school that caters from young to old.Staff is patient and understanding and well trained. Pools change rooms and other facilities is in exceptional conditions and well looked after.They offer a pick up service also and drivers are professional and responsible.

I am greatly disappointed by the lack of care for children and customers services in general. The service they offer is way below substandard. They deal with kids however show no care for kids safety and well being. There are two incidents that infuriated me:First my son was not picked up at school on the 20/01/2020 after I have made arrangement with them of which they received and agree to it, only to be called by the school that Swimming & Aqua centre did not pick my child. They didn’t have the decency to even notify me if they have my child or not. When I called them to find out why my child was not picked up that’s when they start with the investigation.The second and disturbing incident is on the 20/02/2020 their driver drove over my son’s toes when dropping him off at school and the driver didn’t even stop to check if he is fine.Just a month and it’s disappointment after disappointment their service is appalling and the care for kids it’s disturbing. This makes me wonder if my son is in good hands with them. It leads me to a conclusion that’s something drastic can happen to him in their care and they won’t even notice nor notify me or notice but choose to ignore and do nothing. I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their children to Swimming & Aqua Centre in Centurion.

Nice place to also meet other parents with children. The swimming instructor we have for our child is very friendly and is good with children, they (the children) respond well towards her. It is great fun for most kids and ours loves the water.

Excellent facility with friendly instructors. Heated pools therefore there are lessons all year round. Skills learnt include safety in the pool including different scenarios such as if a child is fully clothed and falls into a pool with the weight of the clothing sinking them....these people think of everything!The only reason I haven't given full marks is because there is limited seating for parents which is a problem when there is a full class.

Best swimming school for small kids!! My 1 year old floating by himself. So much peace of mind.
