The most dismal service I have ever received!!! Left my son's hat to be printed on, paid and was told to be back after 2 hours. 2 hours later came back and they hadn't printed on it because no one knew about it. The women who was helping me put it under the counter and didn't tell anyone. 2 hours later: NOTHING and I was told the machine needs time to warm up so another 45 minutes. Extremely unprofessional!!!! If you can go to another place to get your stuff done I'd suggest you do that

They provide the best service ever, they value their customers, I was there for my visa photo, they helped me and I even returned the next day for some alteration, they did not caurse any trouble they were understanding. They provide a variety of graphics services in town, banners, photos, wall pictures objects printouts and even bulk printouts.

The absolute worse service I have ever experienced after their move from Pinecrest. I wanted transfer paper printed and they logged onto Google to check specs and abruptly closed it when I wanted to look. They refused to print on the paper. I bought a printed sheet of transfer paper to use on a heat press and when I phoned to find out at what temp the machine had to be on to seal the paper and for how long...the woman I spoke to on the telephone refused to divulge that info. The transfer sheet was a waste of money as it did not work. Disgusting service and very rude disrepectful people work there.... I am never going there again

I cannot recommend these people. My father went to them to scan some documents to be emailed to me. 3 of the 5 documents I was expecting belonged to someone else. This is a serious data breach. They need to create a system that prevents this from happening.

It was pathetic. The service is poor and severely underwhelming. Made to wait the best part of 30 minutes for about 2 copies. The staff has attitude issues and a lack of emergency. I can't believe I had to type out this essay over something that futile. They really need a wake up call because the standard of work is unacceptably poor

This has been my printer of choice since I arrived in Pinetown in 2013. Their print quality and paper selection is great.However, since they moved to a new location and now close an hour earlier, I have been forced to start considering alternative printers. 17:00 closing time is too early in my opinion. Even 3@1 printers closes at 6.
