I used to own this business. I did very well. Washing vehicles with muddy water, taking one and a half hours to clean my vehicle, dropping wash cloths on the ground and re-using them again without rinsing it off means there are obviously going to be scratches. Common guys, where is your pride? Let your employees ship in or ship out. Otherwise, service is acceptable but some of your employees are not working to standards. They need training. They are there just for the pay, not for customer service as I can see it. I will still support you guys but nothing personal, jack up the Management to jack up the employees. Do after inspections, and see the difference. It works.
