Phoned on the 27th January 2017 at 8am to have a scale fixed that was broken on night shift, after numerous phone calls a guy pitched up at about 2pm. The scale I needed to be fixed is still broken and after a about 12 phone calls between the technician and there office I am still waiting to have the scale fixed 1 February 2017 after I was told that if he could not be here on the 31 January 2017 he would be here first thing on the 1 February 2017. We are still waiting for absolutely useless service it's actually a wonder how they stay in business.
