i ordered 6 deck chairs , the delivery was 3 weeks late . after receiving i tried to unfold the chairs , it was stuck so 5 of the six could not open at all . it also had only one layer of paint and was full of bubbles.i sent it back and have not received a refund , despite numerous promises from vic warrington.the quality is VERY bad , the service is NON EXISTING and the lies are CONTINUOUS!BE VERY CAUTIOUS , i have photos to proof as well as phone call recordings .

Bench & Patio World (benchafrica), a jewel in Cape Town. I had looking for a table including benches. I found the perfect product after days of Google. I contact them and EVELEE was professional and amazing. She kept me update per email and per cellphone regarding my purchase. It was delivered and BUILT/INSTALLED by Patrick, Norman and Esau. The guys know their job descriptions ! Their prices are good and the end product worth the price. Next time I will definitely uses them again. I bought the Breede River Chalet Bench including a roof. Thanks ! I love my chalet.

This company promised me everything to secure the sale. The products were delivered many weeks late and were of an inferior quality. I was treated with unimaginable arrogance and denied a refund. The owner ignored the legal cases brought against him. Professional shysters, judging by how often this company has changed its trading name over the years. Stay away.

Very pleased with my bench. It took about 2 weeks from order placement to delivery in Centurion, but it was worth the wait. I have sat on many picnic benches at various pubs etc. they all have some play in the construction and seem to be made from thinner wood than you would expect. Not the case with my new bench, this thing is solid and well made. You can drop it from space and it would be fine, the Toyota Hilux of picnic benches.

I ordered 1 garden bench in January and paid a deposit. Up until then, they responded to all emails and phone calls. After about 6 weeks of delays and excuses, I cancelled my order. I have yet to be refunded the deposit (it is July). All attempts at communication are ignored. Be very wary of dealing with this company.
