This branch is untidy, drivers are all over inside packing boxes an taking up space, the lady behind the till is unfriendly an she was coughing all the time. The order was placed for four large pizzas, they gave me different topping from my choice an took over an hour to be made. Not worth the price, more sauce then anything else.

I was at Debonairs pizza in Goodwood just now l was not happy with the service of the cashier she must go for lessons on how to communicate with customers,to my surprise she was busy talking to the other people ,and having an attitude towards me ,the Manager must have a word with your cashier please, otherwise the pizzas where very nice thank you make line good job guys.

Always order for delivery and always satisfied. Use the debonairs app which is better than ubereats. Top service, the food comes quick, the pizzas are always made perfectly and the toppings are always fresh. Order was wrong once, they replaced the pizza with the correct toppings free of charge. Keep up the great service!

The service here is very poor, I ordered 2 hours ago and still haven’t received my order. I’ve been trying to call and after they I tell me my issue they transfer my call and no one picks it up. The stuff is really horrible , incompetent and unmotivated to work, I mean what is this? This Debonairs is definitely failing on this and shouldn’t be doing it

I ordered dinner and it took an hour to be delivered and the delivery never happened. The drive SHELTON even dropped my call when i tried to contact him. The customer service wasnt even forthcoming in regard our query. I am dissapointed to say the least. If i could have this one star removed i would, you do not deserve any rating at all.

Ordered for delivery and was extremely dissapointed. Sweet Chilli chicken that had no sweet chilli. Almost no cheese as well. Dry and tasteless. This is not the Debonaires I am used to.

I had the worst experience with this place, I order food on there app just to be called saying they won’t deliver to my house but to Shoprite in Maitland which is so far out of my way as I stay in Kensington close to Century City railway line, when I asked why they said oh no we do not deliver to your address, and that was it. Like wow customer service for you guys bad so bad I will make sure I broadcast this all over as I have never gotten anything like this, Uber eats deliver by my address, bolts foods deliver by my address, the first time I used this app they delivered to me not once not twice, I so disappointed. Wow

Would be zero stars if possible. The service is horrible - I ordered delivery almost two hours before and just had to go fetch the pizza ourselves. Customer service was incredibly unhelpful as all they said was they can't do anything and put us through to the store three times, which didn't answer at all. Then they said it's because of loadshedding, when the store actually took our order during loadshedding and started making the order at the time. They ghosted us about 40 min after that. After another hour, we called again to ask for a refund and the operator immediately transferred us and then dropped the call. Eventually we had to go to the store and ask where's our food which defeats the purpose of delivery in the first place. The pizzas were just sitting there with a bunch of others on a heating rack. Save yourself the trouble of fighting with them and just go to Panarottis or something.
