I bought a bottle of ballantines on 26 December 2022 when I opened the bottle in the evening it was diluted and I took it back to the store following day 27 December 2022 and was told they will send the bottle back to the supplier and find out what happened and they will give me a call, until today that call I haven't received it I even called the store and ask to speak to the manager to find out what happened and the gentleman I spoke with took my details and said they will give me a call but nothing still today.

Spar, Erica Square is always well stocked & has the largest selection of products, including their Deli Area which always has lots of good food if you have no time to prepare supper. I have another Spar closer to me at Cavalier Centre, however, I prefer Erica Square's Spar.

Love the shop itself but not the location.Since the new housing for students have been built next to the complex, we do not like shopping here, as it is just too busy and rowdy.The females walks around half naked and they walk in the road leading to the mall, slowing you down. It’s become quite unpleasant.Then you have car guards off the street that harasses you as well. There are many other Spars that we can shop at, so that is what we do.

Very good customer experiences with very friendly staff thats is always helpful sometimes. It very convenient and closes at 20h00 which is a bonus.

Cool and relaxed. They have a generater during power outage. And a air con. Try out why not? temptation doughnuts stand inside store, the cinnamon is the best for me.The hot foods deli very very good.

I feel that they are stealing from their customers. They sell the worst quality meat for high class competitive prices. For example, their Russians are the worst, but it's charged the same as premium Russians. The cheese cake we purchased wasn't fresh. In fact, it made us all sick. However, I gave 4 stars because the staff is friendly and the overall products in this store are great. They have good promotions that allow people to get many discounts for knives, pots, pans, and food.

We're regulars at this store but last night I was just disgusted.I sent my fiance to the store to purchase a few items including black pepper feta cheese . As I was about to make the salad the feta felt soft and mushy when I checked the Best before date it was 31/02/23 .Absolutely disgusted
