I have only good things to say about ABC so far. The control room is always available, always very helpful, and always supportive. The armed response patrol teams are also stellar! They arrive very quickly and don't take any kak from drunk students. Special shout out to Leslie and Johan from armed response. It is is always good to see your helpful faces when there are issues with students. I hope never to have to see you again, but alas, the students.

I use ABC for monitoring my alarm and armed response. I recently found a wireless beam on my Paradox Security system was faulty and requested my armed response company, ABC Security to attend to the issue. A technician was send promptly, identified the problem and replaced the beam. Technical services and alarm monitoring both outstanding.

Useless. They have retained my number as the contact for a business I used to work for, for years now. I tell them to remove me from the systems as this is a security risk for said business. 2 years later they still call me to try and tell me about alarms.Update: They have replied to my review saying that that i never notified them of this change. Lies. 2 years of requesting these changes and being assured it was done. Pitiful excuse. My review stands.It was only changed today because I told you guys you're putting that business at risk as well as violating the POPIA act.
