We had the colonel burger meals. It was fresh and delicious. However, the wait for our order was 28 minutes. Busy place. I suggest to expand the kitchen area and more staff to speed up the waiting time.

As a fast food mega chain, I was disappointed with my first ever experience at KFC Bergview in Harrismith. I was told by the cashier upon ordering that I would have to wait 25-30min for my order, what kind of fast food chain has audacity to say that? After 15 minutes I went to order a Krusher, and I was told again by the same lady, that there is 20min to go. So 40min later I recieved my food. I ordered 3 items. My order was small

Food took very long to arrive, put a dent in my travel time that wasn't planned for. A number of people had to wait an hour for their breakfast wraps. It would be best to let people know before they order. Food was also not up to standard, the chicken was just cooked and rubbery.

Fries and Coleslaw were as good as they get at kfc no issues. Bucket of 8 chicken pieces were sodden in oil with no crisp.simpy disgusting. Ate 2 pieces and discarded rest. Send your cooking saff for retraining. Not up to KFC standard.

Was there on Sunday with my family on our way from Dyrban. Our order took ages to come out, turned out it hadn't even been processed. One of the employees from the floor noticed my frustration and asked for my slip, went to the kitchen and then l saw them only then processing my order.I guess weekends are generally busy for them and this is bound to happen.
