They are happy to change your debit order amount with no notice nor acquiring consent and chalk it up to “generator fees”. All this despite having a contract in place which I signed 3 only months ago, makes me wonder if they will up my debit order when petrol goes up too.

Brilliant gym, great training atmosphere and is aesthetically pleasing. The only thing holding it back from being the best gym in South Africa is the machines. If they were to replace the machines with better ones(e.g hammer strength, cybex etc.) they would no doubt be no.1 in the country. Also having more than 1 smith machine would be a great addition.

Everything is great, except the steam room barely cracks 40°, on the rare occasion it's even on.Edit 1 : It is not true that you are working on the issue regarding steam rooms. I set the steam room to 68°, went to train and 1h later it was stable at 41° because you have an underpowered steam unit. Basically rendering the unit visibly working but practically useless.I also learned the pool has been filled in, so a huge feature is just shut down with 0 communication to members.

Went to Moove today. I have been a VA member for YEARS.VA cannot compare to Moove in terms of equipment variety! Amazing gym. Highly recommendOnly complaint, please stop other members from hogging multiple machines

Excellent stress free gym venue. Parking is always adequate and the gym has a massive variety of training equipment which is always available when I need it. I really love this gym. The only downside is the limited operating hours on the weekends.
