The service was fine but the store was out of stock of some of the essential needs on special that I needed. My other concern was the fruits and vegetables department, not being fresh.

Store closes at 8 but was refused entry at 19:40 on 23/02/2023 by 2 male security guards and 1 female. Told if I want to enter I should give them something.

The staff from the cooked food department to Packers and cashiers no customer services as all. Besides the fact that all look miserable and angry, even when you ask questions or greet they don't even greet back, I was looking for garbage bags today and the lady there by the fridge who was counting stock or something I greeted her twice and thought she couldn't hear me went straight to where I can find garbage bags to my surprise she told me which section to go to without even looking at my face or the place she was pointing at.Security guards at the door are far better, atleast they don't look tortured. Some prices on the tabs are different when you get to the till as well. Have been coming here about 6 times now nothing has changed the staff has no customer services whatsoever
