I would give zero stars. The telephone is hard to get through, I spoke to a chap in parts, after a long wait, unable to help with brake pads (really Renault, a safety critical component like brake pads out of stock?)Rubbish service, rubbish customer care and support, avoid this brand...

These guys never answer their phone. You have to drive there and book your vehicle in for service in person. Whats the point of having a Landline? Especially for people who are not residing in Queenstown
