Soundmatch Claremont

Soundmatch Claremont is great. They regassed my aircon and then detected a leak. Contacted their Plumstead branch and was asked to come in immediately in order to assess and possibly repair. Greatservice guys.

I went to them due to positive reviews I saw onine but I am not happy at all, nor do I think they willing to admit when they have made a mistake . I took my car for aircone regas and it lasted 1 day only and I complained then they asked me to bring if again bare in mind I reside in Bluedowns and fuel is at my cost, then they checked again and was told there is a leakage ,my question is why wasn't the leakage checked before the innitial regasing to avoid financial wastage ,I paid for aircone regas which lasted 1 day and on top wasted my fuel. If ever they had done their job properly they what have probably picked up the leakage and I wouldn't have regased ,I am very disappointed with their service and regret trusting them as I had used soundmatch before but different branch , I should have rather went to the same branch that I had used before.

Absolutely amazing service!Dropped my car off in the morning, they immediately started working on it and even though it was ready after only 2 hours, my car was kept safe until I was able to pick it up a bit later.Staff was super friendly and I'd definitely recommend their services to everyone ✨️

I woke up one morning and my car radio wasn't turning on. I tried everything from banging the radio to manually resetting it but nothing seemed to work, it just wouldn't turn on. I then called various places to see if they could assist me but what I ended up getting were various quotes for a new car radio. Thanks to Google's recommendation and the awesome reviews that people left, I got Soundmatch Claremont's details and decided to call them to see if they could assist me. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was very accommodating and advised that I bring my car so that they could check what the issue was. When I got there, they quickly attended to me and one of the gentlemen there checked my radio and in less than 10 minutes, it started to work again! You can imagine my relief and immense gratitude because this non-working car radio issue had been stressing me out. To top it off, they didn't charge me for it, just imagine! I don't know where else a person can get assisted like this but Soundmatch Claremont is definitely a business worth supporting! Thank you and I'll definitely be back!
