If I could I wouldn’t give this place a star but because I can’t so I’ll give them a one.A Friend and I went to them for a chemical peel. I have been working on my face for the past year with my dermatologist and it had gotten better, I just need a few dark marks to clear up so my dermatologist suggested that I do I chemical peel and that is what I did. I went to Ralph chenelle to inquire about the chemical peel and how much it would cost, the lady assisted me and showed me what chemical peel I should do on my face. I then booked an appointment for my friend and I on the 26th of may. A few days later my friend and I started getting rashes ALL OVER our faces. Confused we called Ralph chenelle and ask them why our faces are doing this and why we haven’t started peeling. The lady on the phone (who was extremely rude on the phone and in person) she said we did beta plus/peel or something like that and it did does not peel. I was very confused because she was the very same lady I asked for help on which peel to do. I told her what my dermatologist told me to do and suggested which “chemical” peel that I should do. We went back and they gave us a cream to use. It did not help. The only thing this peel did to my face is cause me to have even more dark marks. There are dark marks on my forehead which I never had before I went to them. What’s worse is that I’m light in complexion. All I want is my money back. I am now restarting my process with my dermatologist because these people have ruined my face, which is gonna cost me even more money. I do not recommend coming here unless you want to end up with really bad skin

Rozanne helped me determine what treatments (a series of peels) would help me get my skin looking great for my wedding. I’ve been going there ever since. The day spa is gorgeous, peaceful, with massage chairs and a glass of champagne.

RalphChenelle is one of the most comprehensive beauty Spa I have ever experienced. From booking with the friendly Staff , a Free skin analysis, truthful and honest advice with real results (not just selling treatments and products for monetary gain) but honestly. The treatments are all done with the utmost care and professionalism. There is a sense of family and friendship - the technician are professional however friendliness is one of the best qualities as I know going to a new spa can be awkward- but it isn’t. The owner Ché also is so hands on and helps with any questions you have . FatLab is fantastic and the results are amazing. I would 100% recommend

I especially wouldn't trust any other place with my eyebrows, lashes or spray on tan. I drive through from Pretoria rather than change salons.Always a lovely experience, with the best products and results that exceed expectations. Love you guys!! ♥️

Thee best spa treatment I've ever had! Rozanne was such a lovely host and helped my husband plan the most amazing surprise for my birthday and went the extra mile. She's really got amazing people and customer service skills.The staff was also very friendly and gave us thee best treatment ever. The experience was most definitely extraordinary and I can't wait to recommend this place to my family and friends and also come back myself.

I was impressed with everything about this salon. The staff are warm and friendly. They make you feel so welcome and at home. The rooms are beautiful, and the ambiance is relaxing. Not to mention that the actual treatments are professional. There is nothing I would change about my experience and I will definitely be back.

Professional staff and a friendly atmosphere have always been two things I love about RalphChenelle. I get a monthly face peel here and it always leaves my skin feeling refreshed and like new. The working hours also fit in well with my schedule as the business is open on Sundays. Highly recommended for all!

Highly recommend this spa! I’ve been going here for a few years now, and it’s by far the most inviting and professional spas I’ve ever been to.The staff are warm and friendly, the owner is fantastic and always makes sure you’re taken care of, and the treatments are phenomenal.
