PACK & SEND Midland

Recently had 2 occasions to send Christmas parcels to Melbourne with Pack & Send Midland and was delighted with the experience.Both times theparcels were delivered on time with a minimum of fuss.Would definitely recommend this very professional company.

I purchased a bike frame from WA the seller dropped it off at Midvale on Friday. I could not believe it was on my doorstep in Box Hill Victoria on Monday afternoon !! Apart from amazingly fast delivery the packing job was perfect, I could not have done better myself. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Just want to thank Aaron and his team for being so helpful and passionate about working out the best way to send a lot of personal items interstate and overseas. My sister and I both used Pack & Send to courier many items and Aaron helped us with packing logistics and shared his vast knowledge of freight movement to move it safely and economically. I definitely recommend their service and thank them for a wonderful job.

They are the only courier/delivery service in Perth I can fully trust to send my artworks off; exercising the utmost care with each of my artworks and ensuring they get transported safely, intact and on time to their destination(s), whether its nationally or abroad. Very professional - the team in Midland where really helpful, getting back to me quickly and also going out of their way to pick up the item from the other side of Perth. They sent my item across the country to rural NSW in an incredibly quick turn around (less than 5 days!) and no damage done either. I would recommend Aaron and his team to my friends and would use Pack & Send Midland again.

I threw a big one at the guys at P&S wanting some hifi gear sent to Perth. Aaron at Midland worked with Frankston and 210kgs of speakers got to me in around 4 weeks. The gear was safely and professionally packed and delivered to my place undamaged. Great communications and easy to deal with. I highly recommend these guys for your freight needs.

Comments from a happy customer:I must say, the Pack and Send people did a positively phenomenal job of packing the machine. I can’t think of any way they could have done better. The custom-built wooden box was a work of art…even had two flip-up carrying handles, one at each end of the crate to make it easier to handle/carry. The packing inside the crate was also very nicely done. I was very, very pleased with the packing job they did…it was worth every penny.Once I opened it up (took a while to get all of the screws unscrewed), the machine looked completely unscathed. Yesterday after work, I got the top cover off, and took a good look around inside the machine, and there appears to be nothing that suffered in any way from the shipment. Nothing loose, no signs of any kind of stress breakage or anything like that. Rick Bensene

Appalling service, tried getting quotes through email, the Canberra branch responded to 1 email in 1 week. Tried over the phone in Midland, unprofessional, no knowledge on their shipping policies, put me on hold then just hanged up. Never again and will make sure to tell all friends to stay away.

Highly recommend Aaron! we moved from Australia to New Zealand and him and his team are definitely the go to people if you want a company who knows what they’re doing. He made sure all our boxes were well secured. He explained all the information we needed to know clearly. He was also very patient with us as it was our first time moving boxes across the Tasman. So grateful to Aaron for the help we received. Good pricing and fairly simple process. All our boxes made it safe as well :) thank you Pack & Send team!
