I was a regular customer at Aramex but the staff at Vanderbiljpark branch is totally useless. They were supposed to contact me via email to obtain my address in Bahrain yesterday, but they can't even type in an email address correctly. They told us that we can't ship a camera, while DHL is helpful and have no issues at all with international shipments. I am moving my business to DHL. It is sad, because I used to get great service from that branch.

Aramex Vanderbijlpark Worst service - we are at home with all the correct contact details and yet the driver tells us as part of the online tracking - we are not at home and the delivery is on hold - poor pathetic service - substandard - its actually no star - but we don't have that option

The parcel arrive at there place on the 20th December. They never deliver. We went to the place at rabies street on the 23rd they shout at me to phone a number on the gate.no one answered. After 20 min of standing at gate one guy came and ask what the parcel number is.they told me the vereniging guys took it and they don't know why. Will get it and try to deliver it.i will not recommend this delivery services. My sender said this is not the first time someone complain. No not good at all.

If I could give them no star, I would! Spent weeks waiting for my documents… how are is it to pick up documents and deliver them to me. Next I hear they are in Cape Town, suddenly Durban… suddenly they weren’t picked up at all. I’m fuming!!

Horrible service. Zero communication between driver and customer. Took a day off for delivery and the driver did not bother to call nor ring the intercom at the gate and the driver left and stated online that it was a failed delivery. It’s been 3 days and still no feedback regarding my parcelVanderbijlpark offices are also as bad with customer service. No answers on their phones and today their phones are off

Horrible service by Aramex Vanderbijlpark. No communication whatsoever. My package has been sitting at their office for days(6 days later after receiving package from the company I bought things from), they don’t even answer emails. Do not use aramex as a courier service provider, you’ll be frustrated or lose business.
