THE SAN HAIR WOODSTOCK

I've had my wig for well over a few months now, and the quality is still great mainly due to my maintaining it.Giving 3 stars because initially they sent me home with a wig that wasn't fitted, but I was charged for the service. Wouldn't have known if someone else didn't notice. They fixed it after I inquired though with proof of payment (resizing).The resized wig was too small after all the measurements were taken. And to this day, the wig sheds a ton. Other than that, everything was *fine*. Not returning as a customer.

Amazing service from start to finish. Tatenda was so helpful, made me feel comfortable and happy. I am very excited to have found this place. Am very happy with the product and service. Thank you!

Oh boy what an experience, I don’t even know where to start.They don’t wash hair, they don’t do cornrows or they try but at your own risk in case the cornrows swell in your wig, they don’t take cash which isn’t mentioned anywhere until you get to the store, they didn’t have needles to sew the hair in place.I commend the hairstylist for having a positive attitude despite everything.

San hair Woodstock your service is disgusting. I went there yesterday again got there got Philipa and the service I received from her was the worst she walked away while I was speaking to her had no interest in what I was saying Guys I am rendering a service but whenever I go there they constantly make me feel like they are doing me a favour. The first time I was there she made me wait 30 mins while she ignored me and ironed her hair and gave me hard time cause had foreign hair she even laughed when I spoke to her and walked away.

After having rated this place 5stars it saddens me that I’m back and this time with rather sad feedback. On Friday morning I went there to get my hair done, 1stly the one lady said I could go sleep in the car as it was load shedding and I was from work. Woke up 1hour 30min late and found them being full. Fine it was partly my fault,should have set an alarm. But my reason for this review, after waiting 2,5 hours a lady walks in and she gets helped before me. I go the the one hairdresser to ask her what’s going on and she was so dismissive and told me she’d do my hair afterwards. I don’t know what made the 2 ladies think it was ohk to do this. I then went to the reception and asked the other lady and she asked the same hairdresser I asked and still the hairdresser was so dismissive. The hairdresser even told me to take a sit as the other time they had an issue with a client throwing a tantrum, made me wonder if I was expected to do the same. The ladies didn’t even apologise. I still don’t get it. I mean we’re all clients, there to receive and pay for services but now is one clients money more valuable than the next? I was so disappointed and upset that I burst into tears and the hairdresser still didn’t bother to show remorse or even apologise. The service I received this time around was very very dissatisfying. Don’t think I’d ever go back.

The San hair is the Only hair boutique that provides quality hair and has never compromised itself even during the strenuous financial lockdown periods, when hair boutiques like Bella Roza in Canal walk opted for cheaper suppliers and started selling good clients like myself, defective clumpy wigs at exorbitant costs, taking advantage of our Trust in what used be good quality hair! ( No Longer)Love to acknowledge an Amazing beautiful lady at the San hair in Woodstock ( Mathuto) I must be honest, before this young lady joined the shop( client services was non existent)!!! But now I’m confident enough to leave 4wigs at a time and purchase online without anxiety, because Mathuto is available to alleviate stress, assist as quick as possible, help track orders, products and at pick up, I get a big beautiful smile and advice on how to care for my wigs. This lady goes beyond the call of duty!!!The San, can you please clone Mathuto for Us❤️❤️❤️
