The worst after sale service ever, not to mention premium price for the worst quality, bought a double door fridge broke in less then 2 months and apparently the warranty does not cover the compressor, not sure what it covers.Not recommended at all and you will end up losing and not saving

Worste service ever, bought a display fridge, the first one had to be returned because it never worked. Now the replacement that they gave me keeps tripping my lights. Arrogant assistant manager tells me I better take the fridge back if I want it fixed. They have come to my house previously to fix it, so why must I now ride after them.

You spend money and there is no back up service

Stock everything from ingredient storage to heavy machinery and even pots.Recently started a decent selection of hardware.Affiliated with capital air and capital decor so there is also a selection of air conditioning options as well as interior decor in stock

There service is very bad, I don't see myself going there again.

Very bad experience, incompetent staff, i purchased a chicken plucker , price was 14000 on 6/10/22,i tried doing 3 broiler chickens, they were all not properly plucked, but they wers damaged, iwhen i tried using again on 24/10/22,the manager just showed me the desclaimer notice, something i was not showed on purchase, he then tolde there is nothing they can do, eventually she asked the tellet to do a job card, the teller than did not give me a receipt forthe job card, when i was in the car i remembered, then went back, i suspect she did this on purpose, very bad customer service there, i dont understand why they dont refund poor quality item that is not working properly and not doing what is supposed to do, but im going to take them to court, we have rights as to be refunded if we not happy with the purchacw

I highly recommend Caterquip, Brendon's services is exceptional and he follows up as well.

REALLY bad service. Bought a gas fryer that never worked when I installed it. Took it back and left it there for 2 months and they had not even tried to sort it out or called to let me know what the issue is. Will NEVER go back there.

Exelent service friendly and helpfull every thing you need for catering under one roof!!
