Joining this box has been a fantastic experience! The coaches are friendly and make sure that movements are done correctly before progressing. The classes are always fun and continue to challenge me. I'd definitely recommend joining for anyone, regardless of your level of fitness!

Absolutely the most incredible gym to be a part of. Not only are the coaches fantastic, professional, technical and fun - the community is so friendly and welcoming. After 1 week I felt like I'd been part of the pack for years. Cannot recommend the gym more highly!

What an incredible spot. The coaches, workouts and facilities are top knotch. I joined last year to get fit, but I've got so much more out of it. Every single person at the box is friendly and willing to help. It's always a vibe!

Wonderful crew and great box! My husband and I popped in for a couple of workouts while staying at the Peech Hotel (10 minute walk). Chris was great and their whole team was very welcoming. Next time we are in town we will definitely return!
