I am so disappointed and disgusted by this place's customer service and business ethics. I bought a vase - to be delivered - on 27 November. After 3 WhatsApps and 2 emails and empty promises of overnight delivery, I still don't have the vase 13 days later. They had the audacity to give it to Courier Guys AFTER closing on a Friday afternoon - I just spoke to CG- who ensured it will only be delivered on 13 DecemberCompletely missing the occasion I bought it for. I will never recommend this place and make sure to tell everyone how terrible the service was.
