I bought a generator on 10/12/2022. Gave me starting problem. Swaped battery o 16/12/2022. Did not fix problem. Came back 19/12/2022. Jacques and dave emediateley helped me and sorted out all problems. Grate service. Glad to buy at places like this

Struggled to get an order placed, system issues, stock issues...I had to make multiple phone calls, no one ever called back...Eventually came to collect and order not complete...Staff are friendly... at the end of the day a mission to get what you need...

My “repaired” disc sander was damaged beyond repair!I was very disappointed with the service I received on a “repair” to my disc sander. It went in 4 times over 4 months because the disc was not running true, but was vibrating, making it impossible to sand delicate pieces.I kept sending it back because the issue was simply not being resolved. At one point, there was even a customer service agent involved, all to no avail.Apart from the fact that the original issue was never fixed, the endless up and down resulted in the machine being so battered and beaten, it was worse than when it went in. Steel parts were literally dented, it was scratched everywhere, and the switch housing was broken.I have given up on this company and will be taking my money elsewhere.

I have been disgusted by visiting this shop as I was met with COCKY, ignorant and very RUDE sales assistants. The 3rd visit was a must and i was met by an African salesman and he was Excellent in his job. showed my where my goods were and was not remotely as Snotty as the white sales persons are in the store, it really seemed like i was disturbing the others. You losing patrons due to the arrogant sales persons that seems like they are forced to work there but saved by one that is there to help clients.

No matter which tool you are looking for you will most probably find it here. The MacAfric tool brand is a real workhorse and I can recommend it. The store is very well organized and nearly laid out. Everything is on display making it easy to choose what you need. I generally buy here and will recommend.
