It just cant get worse than this the phones are not answered, the special sms number that makes tracking easier fails and the tracking system on the web pages also does not respond. If you want to track your parcel at the Post Office they tell you it is offline.To safe yourself a lot of frustration rather use any other courier company, I don’t think it can get worse.

No one ever answers the phone here. You cannot find my house???? What map are you using. My house has been there for 20 years. Tracking number don’t exist. #SAPO MVL is useless. Don’t use them. Still don’t have my license disc.

kak, I can find them here but they cant find me at a normal house adress. And thanks DHL for asking R1000 for delivery then using them. USELESS

Poor service and one rude agent, I was told the maximum it's gonna take for the package to arrive is 48 hrs, 6 days later the package has not arrived I'm told that it's still in some town which was the complete opposite of where my package was going, I have been greatly inconvenienced by their inability to keep their 48hrs maximum time! I would not recommend this for anyone unless you want the package to be received a year later! Totally not worth your moneyAnd I clicked on the one star cos it the only way I can post this review otherwise zero stars for this

One star is maybe too generous. License disk was dispatched 2 weeks ago from SAPO MVL processing center for pickup at Vanderbijlpark post office. Tracking number only became valid one week later. Now the package had been In Transit" from or to the Jet Park depot for a week..."

I can never get ahold of them. They lost my one parcel and i still don't know where it is from last year already and now they send my other parcel to a whole different post office and area that is 30 min away from me .

I have to close my business because of the Pathetic Not AT ALL SPEEDY, SAPO Speed services. Customized orders from China takes 12 days to reach our Customs and be cleared ( that includes Customization) Speed services has been processing delivery for six weeks now and it is still not delivered. I have had to refund every single order. If I could rate zero I would. Their lines are always down and I can't get through. I am devastated as I have no idea how I am going to support my family now.
