Had to deal with a very rude lady. Who deals with email. It’s sickening she is very very rude. Called in to enquire about an email I sent two days ago and didn’t get response and I’ve been calling the office it’s rings once and call cuts. The lady was so rude and shouting at me while I was trying to explain to her what I need assistance with. She automatically assumed what I want and I was trying to correct her she shouted and didn’t want to give me a chance to speak had to hang up cause she didn’t even want to direct my call back to the lady at reception. She just kept on yelling at me. Had to drop the call and call again so I can get the lady at reception.Wrote my review 4 months ago and still can’t be assisted with finding out my outstanding balance cause from my side I have overpaid. Worst company you. Can ever deal with.

As you go in,the receptionist is very nice and helpful. The lawyer I went to was friendly also. Very pleased with their service
