She is adept at creating a calm and safe environment, free from judgement in which you can grapple with a wide variety of emotions and problems. She truly manages to make you feel thoroughly supported throughout your counselling journey. Her ability to communicate to the very heart of your experience, trauma and emotions has been invaluable in my own personal growth and healing- I couldn't have asked for a more positively impactful counselling experience.

Kate helped me through a really difficult stage in my life, she was super helpful, friendly and would always make sure sessions were convenient to me (during lunch hours at work or when I had time for it) All it took was a few sessions.
