Continental Mart

I bought a Karrimor school bag from Continental Mart in Parow Centre and on the day of purchase, I was assured that if it breaks, I can return it to them as there is a guarantee / warranty. By the end of the following week, the bag tore and it is now 2 weeks since I have returned the bag to them...no replacement or compensation . The owner of the shop promised that he would give me replacement last week, but obviously never kept his word. Besides having to go into the store multiple times, it is an inconvenience as i still don't have a school bag. I should rather have purchased it from another store.Very unsatisfied and unhappy customer.
