I’ve taken my vehicle to this dealership for an overhaul check and was helped by and Dealt with a very rude, obnoxious unprofessional incompetent, unhelpful and disrespectful service advisor by the name of Trey-Lee. Her service was so poor and pathetic that I will never recommend Barons VW to anyone again and neither will I use them again. Barons VW N1 City needs to send this service advisor for courses on Customer service and Customer interactions. It’s because of us customers their doors are open. I will never advise or recommend this service centre to anyone.

I came here to buy a new vehicle and I was directed to Trevor, a Highly experienced Senior Sales Gentleman. He took me through the cars to help me find one and within 2min I found the perfect one. He then took me inside and made me an offer that pulled the earth right out from under my feet! I was Amazed and he was so kind and very understanding. He explained everything very thoroughly that I needed to know and he went above and beyond without a doubt and without me having to ask for everything! I am absolutely Honored to say that I can call him a Best Friend at first sight. There is a very huge difference between a salesman trying to make a sale and a Real Man touching base with you to help you find and achieve what is best for you as an individual! Absolutely outstanding service! A Hero is not just a person that saves lives but mostly people who touches your heart with the intend to bless you and help you make a difference for the better! Well done Trevor!!! I cannot say Thank you enough!

This first time I walked into any Volkswagen dealer. Never in my entire life will I ever go back to Barons N1. Had a major issue regarding maintenance plans. I were told my engine,gearbox and electrical components is covered but actually had no coverage for one of those due to people not knowing how to do their work , although the payment were done very quickly.I was truly disgusted by the service I got there!!!

I booked my vehicle for service and it was very poor,asked them to check one of my headlights because it was faulty but they didn't even bother checking it. My car was not washed properly. Had to wait very long for their lift,the lady kept on telling us one of their drivers is 5 minutes away but guess what!!! We waited and waited till I arranged my own transport.

Impossible to make a booking for service or repairs here. I've been trying for days now and apparently Jackie is the only one that can make a booking and she is always busy. Also never calls back. This has happened multiple times now.
