Horrible treatment, I got laughed at instead of being helped or at least given an explanation as to how things work. I was made fun of and I left without knowing what is what

The receptionist lady is too loud and not friendly.

The service is always amazing. The staff are friendly

I went there for a pap smear and the receptionist was rude. She automatically unlocked the door which I assumed will automatically close. When it it didn't, she asked me 'Who do you think will close the door?' I believe there's always a polite way to talk to patients.And then just when I thought I was settled, she asked me what I was there for? I mentioned Pap smear. She asked 'Who do you think will carry your child? Have you ever thought about that chomee?' Mxm....So I went back 4 days later and I must say the service was excellent this time. Can we talk about the nurse that assisted me... I've heard stories about how uncomfortable pap smear can be but the nurse was so gentle and patient with me. No discomfort.Thanks for the wonderful service.

Very cold welcome on my first visit. maybe you should post on the website that you are only able to assist from what time to what time if its your first visit. We come to a private clinic for convenience yet we treated as if you doing us a favour like public service facility

Went there yesterday, the help I recieved was great, friendly stuff at very affordable prices. The service was quick and they were helpful.

The service here is great except for the light skinned receptionist. I am a regular here and have seen her frequent enough to know she needs to learn about customer service or be replaced. The rest of the staff is so polite which is why I keep going back. Also love how clean the place is.
