All I can say about Charis is WOW!!!!!!!!! I placed my order on the 01-04-2022 and it was delivered the Monday ahead of schedule on the 04-04-2022 as it was a weekend, Unfortunately the bracelet arrived broken to my office. The amazing thing is I only got back to my office yesterday the 12-04-2022 as I was away on business and noticed the issue. I contacted their offices, and a friendly lady was there to reassure me the problem would be rectified. I had to send a quick email with my story and some photos. Not even 1 hour later I had a response apologizing for the broken bracelet and that they would be replacing it and that the order has already been packed and sent to me. Incredibly the order arrived today the 13-04-2022. I order a lot of things online as it just suite my lifestyle and have to say this is up on the top of my list as one of the best services, I have ever received from an online store ever. Anyone thinking about using this company they shouldn’t just order and be amazed at how well these guys treat their customers. Was called by the jeweler to let me know that they will redo the medical bracelet and did apologise for the size error.Looking forward to a better experience.I am very disappointed with the product. The bracelet is not long enough and cant closed it, and the chain is very thin.The look of the bracelet I received is for a young boy or woman.The photo on the website is deceiving because it looks for a big man, but the result is for a teenager.I am not impressed at all, and I will not buy or recommend online purchases .

I placed my order on the 15th December. The long weekend and busy holidays didn't hinder them from designing and delivering my order for Christmas gifting. I got a call on Monday and they assured me they will deliver by Thursday (today), PE to PTA. They are 'right on the money'. I'm very happy

I ordered a penicillin allergy bracelet. The Company told me I had to wait a month before delivery, and that was exactly on the date they promised delivery. I was very impressed with the service.
