Absolutely pathetic service from the teller Lucy and she is racist towards other people of colour. Bad attitude and just rude. How is someone who can’t deal with people, put in the front desk. I shop at Sportsman in Sandton all the time and it’s the first time being treated with disrespect. Even in todays age we still being racially discriminated against. Thankfully the branch manager is fantastic and helped us but just absolutely disgusted with the service we got from Lucy. she is doing a great job bringing down the image of sportsman warehouse in Sandton.

Unfortunately, a terrible experience. So last Saturday i was at the shop window shopping for an exercise bike. I found one, tested it, asked about the price, loved it and told the sales guy I'd be coming back the following Saturday to pay and collect it (since he had mentioned that the sale would be ending on 31 May). So yesterday being the following Saturday" i headed over there with excitement to pay for the bike and arrange for delivery. To my dismay
