One star is being kind. Worse service. Waiting time is unspeakable and the pharmacist are not helpful or friendly.

Great service and they deliver to the home

We want to support our local pharmacies as much as possible, but the service we received today at Laxmi Pharmacy was terrible. There was only one person servicing clients for medication, with a queue was slowly building. No acknowledgement or apology from any of the staff working there. Two ladies just seemed to be walking around aimlessly. I then asked if there was anyone else to assist, and was advised that there should have been a second person helping. She was busy filling out telephonic scripts from a book, with no concern for the people filling up the pharmacy. In the mean time, another customer jumped the queue, and was attended to. Not happy about this, my husband and I left the pharmacy. Wish I could rate them a zero, and not a one.

Had the opportunity to deal with Petunia more than once, on all occasions she has been friendly, effecient, and most importantly professional. Thank you for the amazing service, you're a gem to the pharmacy!

Good service & reasonable prices. Only business hours are limited but it could be due to location
