Awful service, now waiting 50 minutes. The only people that seem to receive any attention or food is the more than 7 food delivery drivers waiting right outside the front door.Waitress attempting her best to help but obviously a systemic issue with the restaurant management.Avoid if you can or order for delivery if you have to.

This is the last time am ordering pizza from Col'Cacchio Medowridge. This evening we ordered 4 pizza's for dinner, first we waited for a very long time before the pizzas were ready. There were only 5 pizzas ahead of ours, but we had to wait for 45 minutes before our order eventually arrived. Then we arrived home to find that 2 of the pizzas were badly burnt. One of the pizzas, the Green Genie looked like everthing was just lamped on top without any care. Very poor presentation, very burnt in the sides and not nice at all. My husband decided to return his pizza back because it was badly burnt.We used to order from this Colcacchio a lot, but lately we have been very disappointed.

Wonderful service and excellent food.Allegro wrap with chicken on the side was yummy. Pizzas were delicious with crisp thin bases. Even the coffee was great.Pam was amazing!

I am very disappointed with my order today. The guacamole is definitely not the original recipe. Very watery and some of it lumpy.

I would like to highly commend the initiative and service from Ntampu Pax at Meadowridge Col Cochios.I made a booking for May 20 for 11 people at 8.30pm. She contacted me and asked me if we could come earlier, because the kitchen closes at 9pm. I explained that we were attending a dance show at Bergvliet High and that finished at 8.15pm, so getting everyone changed and out meant we could only get there at 8.30pm. I asked if she thought I should cancel? She said definitely not, if I could just get everyone's orders to her, she would ensure that they were ready at 8.30pm. I was a bit dubious that it would work. But it went like a great dream - all 11 orders were ready, all the staff were efficient and friendly and had the orders organised by name for each individual. They even asked us if we would like to order dessert before the kitchen closed.She is a real asset. This type of service culture is what we need more of.Thank you.

We ordered 2 bar one milkshakes and I decided to try the pina colada milkshake there was so much coconut shavings in it I decided to not have it and gave it to my husband who also did not like it. The worst part was the pastas we ordered. It was the funghi bianco pasta and we added chicken. It was like mushroom soup with pasta. I told the waitress it was way too runny and she said they will fix it and she brought it back with more pasta in but the sauce was still runny. Its like they were skimping on the cream and watered it down. This was the worst pasta I ever had I had one bite and stopped eating. They need to look at how this pasta is prepared at this branch. I was too upset to even take a photo of the pasta soup. We will never go back it was a waste of money.

Pathetic standards and they willingly give patrons pizzas burnt beyond recognition. The picture tells it as it is.This is the worst experience ever and clearly reflects their attitude towards patrons.

Another great experience at a Col'Cacchio restaurant! We happened to be in the area and were all hungry, so we popped in there on a Tuesday right on time for their regular 3 for 2 pizza/pasta special.The kids were able to play at the fabulous playground just outside the restaurant and we grabbed a seat at the wooden benches right next to the play area. So we could see the kids at all times and enjoy our dinner.The playground features 2 jungle gyms, swings and enough space to run around and play some fetching games. The kids absolutely loved it and kept themselves busy for the whole time. We still got the crayons and pizza dough for them to play with which was an additional bonus!We cannot recommend Col'Cacchio enough, we always have a great time there.
