Perfect experience

Very disrespectful people working there. Didn't help us at all. I don't recommend this car wash. The reception guy is very disrespectful and he said we are not welcome.

While fulfilling the service of them cleaning my car to a standard that I would expect from any other car wash, the rest of my experience was not worthy of anything more than a sub-par rating.This is my first time using this car wash as I usually go to a different car wash, but they had closed early due to loadshedding.On arrival at the car wash office to tell them what service I am wanting and paying, the man behind the desk - no name tag so I can’t even identify him, sadly - wasn’t overly friendly and had an attitude that he didn’t really want to help me 90 minutes before closing time (as if my little car was going to take the 8 cleaning staff an hour and a half to clean). He very reluctantly, at a snails pace, completed the transaction.They were busy vacuuming and drying another lady’s car as I pulled in to shampoo and wash. This process was fine - again, as you’d expect it to be at any other car washing service. As I reversed out of the shampoo garage, three men (all part of the cleaning team) and the front desk guy want to direct me out, telling me to turn my wheel in all sorts of directions in a rather patronising manner. I rolled down my window to tell them that I’m fine and that they were rather in my way instead of being helpful. (I’ve been driving for over 10 years and am quite capable of knowing how to reverse out of a space and park my car.)I reverse park into the parking bay to have my car vacuumed and then get told, rather rudely, by the front desk guy, that the reason they were telling me to turn my car was to park with my car facing the wall. I very calmly told him that they could have just said that before I reversed out, instead of creating confusion. Switched my car on again and parked the other way, again being totally unnecessarily “guided” by two cleaning assistants on how to park. On getting out of my vehicle for the cleaning staff to dry and vacuum my car, the front desk guy says “Now you don’t have to stress anymore, you can just wait”, followed by a fit of laughter from the cleaning assistants as he was very blatantly being snarky and sarcastic with me. I told him, still very politely, even though I didn’t want to be kind at that moment, that I am not stressed at all and will wait patiently for the cleaners to finish.Yes, my car is clean. No, I’m not happy with the way I was treated as a first time customer today, because I definitely won’t be a returning customer, I will not be supporting this business in future in any way. No, I will not recommend anyone to make use of their services.
