This is the worse I went through. I'm stuck in a bush hotel and was told around 14:00 that Technician to open my vehicle is on the way. It's now 4 hours. No proper feedback nothing. You wait, wait phone battery die and hoping to get help. Please Mutual & Federal I don't want them anymore.

Recklessness of their drivers almost pushing cars driving legibly off the road, seems like drivers/staff have a serious road rage issue, so I wont expect any customer service from an organization as such as certainly not support them.

These guys go beyond service and I honestly feel 5 star is not enough for them, they deserve 10 stars.Getting expert service coupled with integrity, compassion, effective communication skills, patience within a well rounded staff is very rare - they did wonders on my Mercedes-Benz ML after I lost keys.Keep it up guys, we need more like you in every business

Owner is rude. Threw my key away and lost the down payment I made. I never got my key or the money back which I paid. I was not informed to come and collect my key. I had my paperwork but that didn't even help.

Spend the entire calling around looking for pricing on a shell for my cars keys, Every place I called told me round about 1,2k and 900.Spoke to a very helpful lady & the price they gave me was more than half !!!More than recommend these guys & there amazing service!!Call them first don't waste time calling anyone else !!!

I went in to ask for help replacing the battery of a car key remote I bought from them 1.5 years ago. I was told they don't assist with or sell that remote anymore because customers reported they were bad quality, and that I'd have to buy a new one for R3000. After googling at home, it turned out that the remote just needed to be opened and the battery replaced (very standard battery too). The process took 2 minutes. I'm not sure if they were trying to get money out of me or just didn't care about customers, but whatever the reason it was incredibly unprofessional.
