If this Is How Customers Are Treated in Game Kathu as I waited On the floor For about 30 minutes On My Launch time just to Get Assistance. They Called Someone To Assist But No One Ever Came to Assist me.

This store is pathetic, they dont have sufficient trolleys. Security and staff even recommend's that we use trolleys of other stores in the mall. Majority of the items on promotion is not on the racks or out of stock on 2nd day of promotion. Customer service is ultra weak as no one assists on the floor between departments.

They do not always have stock on things other Game stores may have, but you usually get what you go there for. The air-conditioning in this store is also not up to standard, as it sometimes is quite hot inside the store.

Incompetent staff. Dies not know what is going on in the store. Cant properly speak english nor afrikaans. According to staff members after 32min on the phone they do not have the pump i need. Went there and there are about 8 on the shelf. Secondly, bougt a trampoline with see-saw combo more than a year ago and am still waiting for the see saw.everytime a different story balming other staff
