I needed an urgent extraction and this dentist came highly recommended. The staff were extremely helpful and kind from beginning to end. The dentist himself soured my experience. He made me feel like my presence was an inconvenience to him. He was more engaged with his phone before and after my procedure. Bedside manner=0. On the occasions when I spoke, he made zero effort to even make eye contact. I checked in with my husband after (to understand if the experience was all in my head), and he confirmed that he too felt as though the dentist was completely disengaged, and wanted to get me out quickly.

I started my braces journey over a year ago and I’m impressed at how my teeth are already aligning. I unfortunately immigrated and getting a referral was hassle free. The staff are friendly and the orthodontist and dentist are amazing. I’m definitely going to miss the whole team. Keep up the good work:-).

On 2022-11-24, I went to Dental-Ortho, Dr (f) Mohammed extracted a back tooth which other dentist struggled with. Her quick pain free extraction of my tooth was amazing, she and her dental assistant worked as a team, her calming voice, she is so professional it is hard to explain on Google.. I need more space and pages to write an essay in order to ezplain the exceptional, outstanding, most wonderful, the greatest ever, beyond words service i received, got, had, given to me.. This does not just include Dr Mohammed.. The dental admin staff from the entrance are beyond friendly.. They make you feel at ease, relaxed and calm. Best service ever! Went in for teeth extraction was nervous as it was 10 teeth but Dr Jafta worked so well half way through the process i was not nervous anymore, the staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease will definetly be going back and recommend anyone to go! Keep up the great work

Started my braces journey here and it has been the most pleasant experience by far. The staff, especially Bilqees, are extremely friendly and cheerful. Bilqees has made every visit such a breeze. She is also very accommodating and always manages to sort out any problems I have. I was also lucky enough to have Dr Song as my orthodontist and she is definitely one of the best in the industry!

Got my braces done here and I have no regrets. Had a good payment plan as a university student lump sum payments are not an option. So I appreciate the fact that they don't overcharge and the staff are so friendly. You can ask anything, get advice and they remind you about appointment dates via whatsapp.
