The worst service I've ever experienced. My wife waited for over an hour to exchange two skirts. The store is very dark and dreary. The staff is not cooperative when I comes to complaints. I will not shop there again.

Good service and very convenient store for school uniforms and bags.I just think a better system is to be put in place during the peak times because it's not okay to stand in a queue for over an hour just for exchanges.
