I needed to get a new charger for my MacBook Pro, I got expert advice from the staff. After walking George flat for a solution. I found it at the I store. Look everyone knows Apple products are not cheap but at least you getting the correct item instead of something that could harm your Apple MacBook. That being said I got a discounted price on my purchase. Love the relaxed decor and casual approach.

My partner had his laptop wiped it was left there over a weekend - there was corruption of software - when we arrived home the operating systems were not put back/re installed by the technician! We had to go to Cape Town for work and the Somerset branch just told us that the technician in George branch messed up. Now we have to leave it here for 3 hours again. Very disappointed

What a great experience shopping at iStore garden route Mall! the staff are exceptionally friendly and informed. Michelle, the manager, was so helpful and friendly when assisting me in choosing a MacBook. The way she speaks to her clients and staff is amazing I've also only received the best after sales service from them. I go to George once a year and have been a loyal customer once a year ever since!

Really bad experience with this place. They don't reply to emails, and if they do it usually take them more than 4 days to reply! They are supposed to give me a phone, I'm without a phone for 16 days now and haven't received anything! Useless

Fantastic service and very friendly and helpful staff. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with them. My new iPhone arrived in less than a week and the upgrade and transferring of the enormous amount of info to my new phone was completed within less than 2 hours. 10/10 for service . Will definitely recommend this store to anyone. I have also noticed that all the other clients in the shop was treated with the same friendly and professional service.

Shocking service from the istore in Garden Route mall. We arrived more than an hour before closing time, the sales assistant had no interest in assisting us in any way to upgrade our phone even though we drove from the farm to do just this.

Drove up from plett. iPhone 11 screen frozen. Told me to book it in for couple days. I can’t call them, they not calling me. Didn’t give me a receipt for taking my phone. Now I have to drive back(100km) to get a result 2 weeks later.Call centre useless!Staff at Istore George are at least very friendly.Update, sorted at very reasonable price..
