I have used this Postnet for courier twice in the past two weeks for urgent parcels. Each time has been nothing but an absolute pleasure. Extremely friendly and helpful. They really do go the extra mile for each and every customer.

Very quick, helpful and friendly but they've become quite costly - R4 to print double side on one piece of paper

Service from some of the staff is poor, they seem bored except the old man he was awesome, asked to scan in colour, the blue didn't come out, asked why it's white, lady told me it's the best she can do, printed 2 pages paid R4, went back again same day, 1 page was R3, anyway staff should not behave like they entitled to that job, but should give service and attitude that's fair.

Unbelievable service! Marius, Oom Dawie and Mathilda assisted me with a tender I had to complete before submitting. Mathilda did the printing and copying very prosessionally, Oom Dawie and Marius allowed me to enter the shop before opening time to complete a scan of the document and all was well. They are very professional and do it all with a smile!

Friendly service from the staff at this branch. Used their counter to counter option to deliver something to Durban and it was at the destination in less than 24 hours, even though the stated delivery time is 2-3 working days.
