Twice they just gave my parcel to a stranger. I don’t have a clue where to get my parcel. The stranger haven’t given it to me. When I track my parcel I saw they even sent a new pin to the stranger. They are extremely irresponsible. Twice MY PARCEL is just given to a stranger. STAY AWAY FROM THE COURIER GUY!!!! I will be demanding my money that my parcel cost. It is expensive. And now I have to sort it out on my time.

I usually like courier guy for their service and pricing, but after they couldn't deliver a package to me they sent it back to the receiver same day they couldn't deliver without calling me or notifying me.I feel that this is just the normal in potchefstroom, poor service from almost everyone.

The lady working in front. I don't know her name, but she's very friendly. I can give that to her. The guy with the black hair needs to work on customer service. When you work with customers especially in the front line no matter how you feel or if you had a blue day, take that in put it in your pocket and still greet your customer with a smile. One can see a smile with or without a mask. One more thing, how you treat people is not based on the color of skin. That's my experience with guy that is usually helping in the middle. I'm giving you a 5 star just because of the lady that helped me twice now and actually makes a conversation while working, and your delivery is excellent, that would be a 5 star too.

I particularly always take note of the cashier when assisting people, does he or she greet clients the same or is there general feel of welcoming in the store. I have to say the gentleman assisting me didn't to be rude but made me feel out of place as if shocked that I'm using the service.
